RJ Raawat
Founder & Environmental Advocate
RJ Raawat's journey began as a passionate web developer during his BCA studies at IGNOU University. But beyond the lines of code and computer labs, another passion quietly took root—a deep love for nature and a commitment to environmental conservation.
While studying computer science, Raawat found peace and purpose in planting trees around his family's government residence on Lodhi Road. What started as a simple gesture soon became a habit, exchanging plants as gifts with friends and family, spreading green joy into every corner of his life. For him, nature wasn't just a backdrop, it was a calling.
In 2009, his environmental journey took a creative turn as he discovered the intricate world of bonsai art. With limited space in urban homes and a growing desire to stay connected to nature, he began crafting miniature trees at home. For Raawat, bonsai is more than an art form—it's a reflection of a person's imagination and creativity, shaped into living trees. It becomes a lifelong bond between the artist and the plant.
In urban flats where garden space is limited, bonsai provides a beautiful way to enhance air quality, reduce stress, and subtly improve indoor temperature."
This beautiful balance between technology and ecology eventually shaped a bigger vision. Raawat dreamed of building an IT company that wouldn't just serve clients, but also serve the planet. His focus: developing digital solutions that reduce paper usage, streamline communication, and promote sustainable practices in everyday business.
"Technology is not evil. It is a tool. The same computer that helps a doctor save a life can be used by a hacker to destroy one. That is the double-edged sword of IT. Let's make technology a solution, not a threat."
