Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing WENGS Solutions LLP for your project needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are processed.
Project Approval and Commencement
Once the client approves the project, WENGS Solutions LLP will commence work immediately. We strive to deliver on our commitments as agreed upon in the project scope.
Refund Requests
If you decide to cancel the project after approval, we are willing to process a refund. However, please note that we will deduct a small amount as a service fee for the work already initiated.
Refund Eligibility
- If the cancellation request is made before any substantial work has been started, a full refund will be issued after deducting a nominal administrative fee.
- If WENGS Solutions LLP has completed approximately 25% of the project, we will retain 25% of the total project cost, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the work completed exceeds 70% of the project, no refunds will be issued, as the majority of the resources have already been utilized to deliver the project.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Changes to the project scope after work has commenced.
- Delays or issues caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information or approvals on time.
- Unavailability of the client for feedback, which results in delays.
